Micro Filtration and Hydro Cyclones
The Micro Filtration system in are working with two parallel techniques in combination:
Crossflow microfiltration modules are used to separate suspended solids greater than 0,2 micron. The highly porous membrane contributes to a very high product flux and, with the ability to employ periodic back flush, stable and efficient processes are achievable.
A set of (2-5 pcs.) hydro cyclones is used to separate the suspended solids in the acid (in the hold tank).
The heavy phase outlet is collected in a tank with an overflow where the concentrated sludge settles and discharged automatically according to the settings in HMI.
